Our dedicated U.S. immigration consultant, Rome S. Enzon studied and completed his Juris Doctor (JD) degree at four colleges of law in Manila, Philippines: Pres. Manuel L. Quezon University College of Law (1995); University of the East Institute of Law (1996-1997); San Sebastian Recoletos Faculty of Law (2000); and Manila Law College (1998-2001), the first Filipino college of law established by Dr. Felipe G. Calderon (April 4, 1868 – June 6, 1908) in 1899, Father of the Malolos Constitution (promulgated 21st of January 1899 at Malolos, Bulacan province, the first republican and democratic Constitution in Asia.
In the United States, Rome S. Enzon pursued his Master of Laws (LLM) degree at San Francisco Law School and John F. Kennedy University-College of Law in 2015, as certified by the State Bar of California. He specializes in legal research, U.S. immigration law consultancy, formation and reporting requirements for California nonprofit corporations, obtaining of their U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) tax exempt status as well as with California Franchise Tax Board, and providing informational immigration updates for his clients.
